The site of the project “LANDSCAPE EMELA” was gifted with ample opportunity & natural benefit. Located in the most prestigious location of “JOLSHIRI ABASHON” which already marked its identity as one of the most Hi-tech smart cities in south Asia.
Easy connectivity with most of the urban facilities provokes us to craft a sensible building form that will be simple, bold, and remarkable. Using contemporary materials like fare faced concrete and glass enriches the gravity of the building form. Carefully designed openings ensure ample of daylight in all spaces. The site was open at the south and east, which are the sources of natural ventilation at this region. The internal layout was designed considering fluid dynamics to ensure cross-ventilation throughout the spaces. Wide verandas and the provision of greeneries will ensure connectivity with nature.
As architects, we needed to focus on how to address the challenges of the new generation technologies, local rules, building-codes, and accordingly, all the probable factors have been taken into consideration. Vis-a'-vis, we also gave our sincere attention to address the user’s needs i.e. the best utilization of the location and space. The welcoming modern entry with grand 16 feet high Ground floor will ensure a feeling of wide opening all around. Hope the valued users will enjoy their stay at EMELA and always feel homely.
